APPOINTMENT NO-SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
We are so excited to have you as a patient, and would really appreciate you contacting us immediately if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment. We ask that you give us at least 24hr notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time slot to another patient. Repeated cancellations, or 3 no shows/no-call appointments with a 12 month period, may result in loss of future appointments, or dismissal from our practice. All appointments require a confirmation 24 hours in advance. You will receive a text, call and email to confirm. A response is required to hold the appointment time. If your appointment is not confirmed, the appointment maybe cancelled by our office.
