Meet Dr Marim Ross - Harbor Town Memphis, TN
Dr. Marim K. Ross brings a deep love for both science and service to her role at Higginbotham Family Dental.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology, graduating summa cum laude from Tennessee Tech University at just 19 years old. She later received her Doctor of Dental Surgery, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2023.
Born in Egypt, Dr. Ross moved to the United States with her parents and sister when she was eight. She speaks both English and Arabic, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Her friendly, clear communication helps patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care.
Dr. Marim Ross chose dentistry because it blends science, artistry, and compassion. She finds purpose in restoring smiles, easing pain, and educating patients to take charge of their long-term oral health.
After graduating dental school, she began her career in Houston. She has since returned to Memphis, a city close to her heart. In fact, Dr. Ross was once a patient of Dr. Crown at Higginbotham Family Dental—and now proudly works alongside him at our Harbor Town location.
Along with general dentistry, Dr. Marim Ross also has experience in pediatric care. She enjoys helping children build healthy habits and feel at ease during dental visits.

Outside the Office
Dr. Ross is happily married to her husband, Aaron, whom she met during dental school. They share their home with two sweet dogs—Toast and Hayes—who keep them on their toes. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, cooking, traveling, and hiking with her family.
